Congress allegedly authorized this President to do anything necessary to fight terrorism and defend the American people, so it is not farfetched that he has the authority to lock out Congress and lead this great nation with an iron fist in these end-times. After all Congress just may try to stop him from bringing about the end of America as we know it.
